Your body is the most complex and receptive supercomputer on the planet.
It’s within your control to provide it with soul-nourishing fuel to live your best life or with absolute junk to endure life on a low frequency.
You have a choice. And we’re not just talking about nutrition.
Your nervous system is a sophisticated switchboard and it’s constantly talking to you on a frequency that’s mostly indiscernible.
Start to “tune in” and listen to the signals like an old-fashioned radio—you’ll hear a lot of white noise for a while, but eventually, a discernible message will appear. 👂
When it comes to physical pain (like when you burn yourself), the signal is so acute that it’s impossible to ignore. It’s your body’s natural reaction to alert the receptors in your brain to signal when danger is present. It’s designed that way, so you move away from the source of pain.
But many subtle signals slip through the net and remain unheard—as the pain or discomfort is tolerable.
For example, mild headaches are tolerable with or without paracetamol, so you can withstand the discomfort and go about your day. (without taking a single moment to observe or think about the underlying cause)
Common causes: hunger, dehydration, fatigue.
Conversely, head-splitting headaches and their evil sidekick (aka migraines) are so painful you can’t think, function, stop yourself raiding the medicine cabinet, or hibernating under the covers until the storm has passed.
Common causes: blocked emotions, stress, brain fog, extreme fatigue, and also suppressed anger, self-loathing and resistance to change.
Headaches and migraines are common in our stressful world, but when was the last time you observed or considered the underlying cause?

Drink more water, eat less sugar, get more sleep and don’t starve yourself! Have 3 x balanced meals a day for peak performance and more clarity.
You wouldn’t put cheap fuel in a Lamborghini, so remember to take care of yourself too (you’re worth it 🥰).
